I'm a fan of Harrison Bagels too, but I think these guys make superior bagels. They are huge and very flavorful -- fresh too. I'll admit I've only been here for the bagels and coffee, but they are good enough for 5 stars. I love the cream cheese options (scallion, vegetable, green olive, etc...)

Plus, the seating and parking situation can't be beat.

This was my family's go to bagel shop. Unfortunately we will not be going back. The last few times we've gone there have been mistakes with our order and the bacon has been so under cooked that it was basically fat. The first time the bacon was undercooked they were apologetic and fixed it. The next time we didn't notice until we got home. Today we ordered a bacon egg and cheese and found that it had ketchup in it. They said they would redo our order. Once home we found that there were still drops of ketchup in our sandwich. We also had a bagel with cream cheese that had specs of bacon in it. While they can fix the orders, if we notice while there, we often don't have the time to have them correct their mistakes.

Really sad bagel shop. Workers never get any order right EVER. I ask for muenster cheese and get mustard (when they finally fixed it and added muenster cheese, it was expired and sour), another time I ask for no toasted, I get toasted, another time I ask for a turkey sandwich and get ONE slice (no joke) of turkey on a wedge. And they're never apologetic when they get something wrong.

Bagels are big.  But they're NOT bagels.  They're big, fluffy, soft rolls shaped like bagels.  A REAL bagel should be dense and chewy.  Neither adjective is appropriate here except with a NOT in front of it.  Truly disappointed.

But my wife loved the blueberry scone I bought for her, so that's a plus.

Maybe cause I came on lunch...but driest bagel I've ever had. Yuck! No body there was really welcoming either. Maybe I'll try in the morning.
